FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does the scene have to be?
Your scene must be at least 7-10 minutes long.

Do we each have to act?
Each group member must have a role in the scene.

What kind of scene do we have to write?
That is for you to decide.  Write a scene that you feel develops the plot or the characters in some way.  It can be at the beginning, middle or end of the play.  Remember, you want to be creative, but you also want to be serious.  This project is for a grade.  So, whatever you write, write it well!

Do we each have to write the scene?
Yes, during class you may have one playwright, but you must each write the scene as you go.  It is important so that you have a copy when you go home to memorize your lines.

Do we Have to dress up?
Yes!

Where will we do this?
You will do this project in class.  If you’d like to meet outside of class, you are welcome to.

When is the project due?
You will perform your project in the two weeks before our Christmas holiday.
